Commission
Our prices are net and without any commissions. Our clients are allowed to charge their own profit margin.
Travel dates
As we ensure all requested services on demand, you can choose the date of your group tour individually. Thanks to our comprehensive allocations, we are often able to re-confirm short notice bookings for the high season or trade fairs.
Hotels
In Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Poland and other European countries, we have contracts with many hotels in various categories. We personally and regurlarly check and conscientiously control the standards of the respective establishments. We can thus safely recommend all of our contract hotels without exception.
Catering
In our travel packages, there is breakfast or half board already included. The HB consists of breakfast and dinner. During the dinner, drinks are not included and can be ordered on the spot. First meal is dinner on arrival day, last meal breakast on departure day. The high standard which our hotels has to conform to, are also required from our contracted restaurants. Not only must they be confirmed as clean by our travel agency, but our staff personally makes sure that the food is tasty, nicely served and at the right price. For our guest from Far East, we have a wide choice of Asian restaurants.
Programmes
Apart from sightseeing, we are also able to organise special programmes, including visits to schools, universities, factories, hospitals, kindergardens, children's homes, embassies, consulates and many more. In addition, we can arrange discussions and lectures on the subject of your choice, as well as organise meetings with politicians, priests, trade unionists, parish representatives, choirs, policemen, firefighters and all kinds of sports teams. We advise our clients individually and organise all services to your criteria and needs.
Transport
Should your group travel by airplane or train, we make sure all domestic transfers with coaches of our modern fleet. The standard of the coaches is high, they are clean, new, safe and comfortably equipped. All drivers are polite and experienced.
Driver's day off
We know about the EU law regarding the day off for the driver on 7th day. In all our programmes and tours this law is already considered.
Guides
An educated and knowledgeable guide is not necessarilly a good one and can be increadibly dull! During the high season between April and October, there are working about many local guides and many tour guides for us. Our guides are professionals with a profound knowledge of their country, who know how to get the message through to the travellers and make the trip interesting. Before the arrival of each group, the chosen guide is dutifully given all the necessary information about the group, the itinary, the hotels and what ever else parains to the success and organisation of the trip. If your clients are interested, they can learn from our guides not only the history of the attractions en route but also about the local and national political situation, the economical relevancies, the landscape and often about the regional flora and fauna. During your journey we are in a frequent contact with, and permanent available for our guide.

Payment
You will receive our invoice three weeks before arrival. Clients are kindly requested to pay the total amount within one week after receipt.
Cancellations
We acknowledge the fact that the market is tough and that price is not the only deciding factor. We are aware of what your clients may expect from you as their wholesaler, which is why we have favourable payment and cancellation conditions. As a rule, group cancellations are free of charge until 30 days before arrival. With our detailed offer you will receive all information regarding the cancellation conditions for the hotels on the requested tour.
Persons free of charge
The 21st person of your group is free of charge in double or twin room; for the 42nd person we guarantee a place free of charge in double or twin.
Travel documents
After receipt of the payment you will get our vouchers as well as the final information with hotel addresses, programme times, meeting points, name and mobile phone number of the tour guide and local guides etc.
